Anchor Alvin and co-anchor Arne Barcelo, excitedly introduced one of the immense engineers and entrepreneurs, Mr. Mico Lizardo, the founder of Q Mobile Carwash and Mr. Dado Banatao.

Mr. Mico Lizardo introduced Q Mobile Carwash. Q Mobile Carwash is a door to door home service carwash application. Basically, the app is used to call carwash operators to go for your house which they provide car cleaning services. His emerging business is now on it's 8th month of public serving. A start-up that he decided to continue and pursue to gather more customers and contacts. Mico said that carwash mobile app was his long time idea, and people nowadays have their smartphone, which some may also have their cars as well. He thinks that this mobile app can be very useful, and exceptional because there is no other android or iOS carwash app in the market. As of now, because his business was just a startup, their scope was only from taguig city only but further looking for the enlargement of the area scope soon. Besides, his business was eco friendly and doesn't use water but instead they use safe chemicals.

After a short interview from Mr. Mico, Co-Anchor Arne Barcelo contacted Mr. Dado Banatao and got ready to inspire as well Mr. Mico with his startup. Diosdado P. Banatao is a Filipino entrepreneur and engineer working in the high-tech industry. He was born in a small barrio of Malabbac in Cagayan Philippines. He is a three-time start-up veteran, he co-founded Mostron, Chips and Technologies, and S3 Graphics. Mr. Banatao came from a poor family but now he is one of the most successful and famous electrical engineer in the Philippines.

Co-Anchor Arne Barcelo started to ask her collection of questions from different people who really admire Mr. Banatao.

from Mr. Jojie Azurin of founders institute and freelancer.com; given your background and domain of expertise, it is understandable that you have invested mostly in electronic companies, so do you plan to invest sometime outside of this area such as e-commerce, mobile apps etc. ?

Mr. Dado answered, 99% of investors like him, focuses on their expertise so it's the same for him which he is well known and a veteran. but he can give some advice and mentorship for startup entrepreneurs if possible.

Another question, from Earl Valencia of IdeaSpace, What are the most impressive startup concepts that you have seen in your trip this year that can compete in the global space?

So far i have seen a lot of mobile application, and i have not seen any innovation in semi-conductor which was not expected in the Philippines, who has a lot of software developers, gaming or mobile. Dado answered.

What are the most notable Philippine startups that caught up your attention?

the most notable startup i ever seen is the previous one who catch me up, the sympies, who has a platform like facebook, which is applicable to a lot of people. And besides the owners sare psychologists. Combining 2 platforms technology and psychology is very unique. that's why it makes their innovation awesome and i think they have a lot of potential.

What are the three most important issues that the local technology business should address?

we have severe problems in technology development. As i said earlier universities here are really lacking competitiveness globally. That's why the government should level up the education and compete globally in innovations.

After Co-Anchor Arne Barcelo asked Dado a lot of questions, Mr. Dado give a lot of advices to the government to make the Philippines improve the current system.

Mr. Elison Barcelo asked also Mr. Dado on how does Marga and mai mai of sympies convinced him to be their mentor. Mr. Dado said that one thing that forced him to mentor the two startup entrepreneurs is, they never give up. They have the guts and hold their fear to introduce and to pursue their advocacies, which he have seen himself towards them when he was just starting his life, that made him successful. Dado said there are a lot of people who can do what he can do, but there's only few people who really deserve achievements behind hardwork.
