With DILG Secretary Mar Roxas as Guest of Honor and the theme One Island, One Dream, the 2015 Panaad sa Negros kicked off with a blast at the Panaad Park and Stadium in Bacolod City.

Officials and VIP guests from Negros Oriental led by Vice Governor Mark Macias and Josy Sy Limkaichong came in full force to be one with their counterparts in Negros Occidental.
