Silantro Fil-Mex Cantina is a Filipino-Mexican restaurant located at East Capitol Drive, Pasig City. As its name suggests, the restaurant offers a fusion of Filipino and Mexican cuisine. The owners, Chot Sanhez and Paolo De Venecia, make sure that diners will like the menu which is a marriage between the two cuisines.

The restaurant has a mix of rough and cozy ambience with an al fresco dining area complete with wooden chairs, tables and benches. Silantro’s menu has all the essence of a Mexican food added with a Filipino touch. Among their menus are the plateful Beef Nachos (P160) and the appetizing Calliente Wings (P170).

Customers can also have a Lucho Tacos and choose from the basic chicken and beef to lam and lengua. For other main courses, Silantro offers skewers (P170), Nacho Lucha Steak (P360), Grilled Marlin (P195), Silantro’s Burritos (P180), Grilled Porkchop (P200), and Mexican rib-eye (P560), among others.
