The Iscreamist in Quezon City is not your regular ice cream parlor. It is where one can cool down in a fabulous way. Owned by Oliver Timonera, The Iscreamist offers the freshest ice cream served with liquid nitrogen. Ice-cream lovers will surely love the extraordinary desserts here which are delicious and satisfying.

The menu board is patterned after the table of elements and it offers unique sets of desserts. Their specialty is the Dragon’s Breath—French macaroons or S’mores served with glasses of liquid nitrogen. Other unusual desserts that are offered here are bacon leche flan, Banana cream pie, pumpkin pie, mocha cardamom and toasted marshmallow.

It is literally cool to dine here as you can see your food freeze instantly but be aware that liquid nitrogen is very cold and can cause burns. So costumers should not spill it and must also let it boil over before they eat it. Children must also be supervised when enjoying the unique ice cream experience.
