Matnog, one of the most scenic towns of Sorsogon, is home to several magnificent islands that can take one's breath away, which is why island hopping is a necessary activities to be able to explore and take in the most of this paradise's natural beauty. This has been thought to be pulverized coral or volcanic rock that has been at the mercy of the elements for thousands of years, resulting in sand of different colors in different beaches.
